 Typical RV industry hourly rates vary from $125 to $166 we only charge $125

2. What's the process ?

Simple... Call us then we schedule your diagnostic / tech visit. They come to diagnose and quote the repair. with authorization we fix the RV 

3. How much does it typically cost ? 

All repairs can vary however, we can give a very accurate estimates based upon industry flat rate and our diagnosis. average RV repairs 

4. Will you install parts we bought online?

We don't like to use unknown sources because we aren't able to guarantee our work. Upon occasion we make acceptation if its deemed an emergency repair. 

5. Are you competitive?

7. Will you perform warranty work? 

Yes, with companies that we are set up with and that remain in good standing and that are willing to help the customer quickly and painlessly. Many manufacturers do not honor their warranties and explore ways of getting out of making the appropriate repairs. 

8. Do you guarantee your work ?

Absolutely, We provide a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all or work. (with parts we have provided through our trusted sources) 

9. Is there a second service call fee / trip charge ?

It depends on the situation, if we were unprepared of course not. If it is due to special order parts and we need to return to install those parts yes. 

10. Can I pay for expedited services ?

Yes you can, it is a flat $250 to have us work while on call. (before or after hours appointments) 

11. Can RV PRO be trusted ?

all our employees will go through extensive background checks and credential verification. We ask our customers to trust, but verify. Our company is one of honor and transparency but if something seems off please let us know and we will responsibly take effort in assuring your satisfaction and safety is met. 

12. Can we track progress of the Job ?

Yes, we work with the world's top GPS tracking and notifications technology company. We are able to track and record data from our field techs within 3 feet and minute to minute tracing. 

13. How far do you go ? 

RV PRO is equipped with the newest and most dependable vehicles on the road. We are able to travel anywhere in our 4 state area. Sometimes the cost of $3.00 per mile is beyond reason. upon occasion we offer discounted rates or may be able to cost share another service call. 

14. What other things should I consider ?

Its popular for our customers to sign up to our newsletter for tips and tricks for RV maintenance and repairs. Also our camping hacks is always fun for customers. Lastly, a service contract and membership ensures fast and reliable service when needed.

15. Do you offer service contracts ? 

Yes, for our members only as that is to ensure a service level agreement that is unmatched. Immediate and prompt service creates an unparalleled experience. No more waiting for scheduled appointments we come the day you call unless it is a major holiday. 

16. Do You charge for every service call & whats included ? 

Yes we do unless its an error on our part. The service call will include a verified & certified technician a service van stocked with 400 of the most common repair parts and all necessary tools for the repair.
